Member Meeting: “Cross-Cultural Leadership”

At the meeting the 30 participants had the enjoyment of three different presentations.

The first was given by Dennis Nørmark, Chief Consultant at Living Institute and had the title of “Why are Danes so Weird?” Afterwards Klaus Schroeder Pagh, Managing Director at Living Institute, gave a presentation on how to lead diversity.

Mads Jensen Møller, Vice President at COWI A/S and Managing Director of COWI China from 2007-2011, ended the meeting by giving a presentation on how to manage local employees in China. After the presentations, the participants were served snacks and had the opportunity to do some networking.
