Nordic Culture and Management Style

Workshop in Shanghai for Chinese managers working in a Nordic organization

Shanghai Jiao Tong University will on the 29-31 of July 2009 run its annual Nordic Culture and Management Style Executive Workshop in Shanghai.

The Nordic Workshop is a three-day event which presents an excellent opportunity for your Chinese managers to enhance their understanding of Nordic culture, society and management style. The workshop is based on both theory and practice concerning Nordic culture and management style and includes teambuilding, theoretical frameworks, case analyses and panel debates.

The workshop will be led by Mr. Tony Fang, PhD, Associate Professor from Stockholm University.
