Amendments To China's Outbound Investment Rules

New Newsletter from Eversheds Law Firm

It is getting easier for Chinese companies to make overseas company acquisitions and investments. In a comment about the amendment of the law, Nikolaj Juhl Hansen, partner in Eversheds Law Firm, says: “It is our expectation that we to a greater extent will see Chinese investors looking at European, including Danish, companies. It will be interesting to follow the Chinese companies on their journey into the rest of the world. I am convinced that the new law will bring new opportunities for Danish companies, in the beginning especially for cleantech companies and other knowledge-intensive industries.”
