Annual General Meeting 2009

On 28 April 2009, Danish-Chinese Business Forum held its 3rd Annual General Meeting. More than 100 members participated and made the event a great opportunity for creating and maintaining contacts in the network.

The meeting took place at A.P. Møller-Mærsk’s facilities at Esplanaden in Copenhagen and had Prime Minister, Mr. Lars Løkke Rasmussen, and the Chinese Ambassador to Denmark, Mr. Xie Hangsheng, as key note speakers.

The Prime Minister spoke on the political and economic cooperation between Denmark and China. The speech can be accessed here.

In his oral report, Mr. Nils Foss, chairman of Danish-Chinese Business Forum, stressed the opportunities that China presents to Danish businesses and solutions. He further outlined some of Danish-Chinese Business Forum’s main activities throughout 2008 and touched upon the major activities for 2009. The chairmann's speech can be accessed here.
