The Innovation Radar provides an applied framework and robust measurement methodology for visualizing, diagnosing, benchmarking, designing new ventures and improving innovation performance. The challenge of innovation is not only to come up with new ideas but also translate those ideas into profitable customer solutions. With the Innovation Radar approach it becomes clear that innovation must address not only what is being offered but also how those offerings are delivered, to whom and in what context.

The special offer for DCBF members companies that participate in the Innovation Radar includes an individual Innovation Radar company profile along with an anonymous DCBF benchmark and first year periodic updates on regional Innovation Radar benchmarks free of charge. As a follow-up, DCBF will organise a workshop to discuss experiences and learning points from the Innovation Radar profiles.

Companies with a presence in both Denmark and China are strongly encouraged to participate and to complete a profile for both headquarter and subsidiary as experience shows that strategic focal areas may differ significantly. The Innovation Radar data collection is performed through an online questionnaire which 3 to 30 key persons in your company answer. The survey takes about one hour to complete.

Innoption/Devotean Consulting moreover offer an individual Innovation Radar workshop at fixed DCBF-member price of 9,995 € excl. vat. + travel. The individual workshop is a fast paced full day innovation strategy workshop on company premises with two specialists from the international Innovation Strategy team. After the workshop the company will receive a detailed report on the results and Innoption/Devotean Consulting provide an optional evaluation meeting after 12 months.

The Innovation Radar has already been successfully applied to a number of Fortune 50 companies and recently described in Business Week and MIT/Sloan Management Review (the article is available in the DCBF member material).
