Uncovering the Chinese mindset - Cross-Cultural awareness training and introduction to Chinese Business Culture

Hanna Leanderdal, Sinologist and Tony Fang, PhD Stockholm University provide a one-day training program which helps to decode Chinese Business Culture and enhance intercultural awareness. One course will take place in Aarhus on 30th April and it will be repeated in Copenhagen on 20th May . There is a special 'Early Bird' offer for DCBF’s members signing up before 10th March.

Doing business in China may seem easy. Indeed, globalization has generated a lot of changes in China - so much that you may believe that doing business in China is just like doing business in Denmark or anywhere else in the world. However, if you operate in China as you do at home, chances are that you will run into trouble sooner or later. 
           
This one-day training program is designed to give participants a strong understanding of Chinese Culture to help decode the Chinese business mindset and to enhance the intercultural awareness of the participants as a tool for companies to achieve their business goals. The program will also teach participants to be aware of the ways our own culture equips and limits us when dealing with Chinese business partners.

The program is highly interactive and participants are expected to take active part in exercises, discussions etc.

Executives who have, or plan to have, operations in China. Executives and staff of companies sourcing from or selling to China. Everyone who runs negotiations in China. Departments involved in meeting or hosting Chinese delegations and visitors.
