The Membership application form is avaiable using Adobe Reader. You can either fill out the form in Adobe Reader and download it, or fill it out manually. Please make a print, sign the form and send it to Danish-Chinese Business Forum either by fax or regular mail. You are also welcome to e-mail a scanned version to info@dcbf.dk.

All applications to Danish-Chinese Business Forum will be subject to review.
